This forum is for webmasters and developers to interact with each other. But it is an informal system.
By that I mean that ITEMS DISCUSSED HERE ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED INTO THE OFFICIAL SYSTEM AND THEREFORE NOT TRACKED OR WRITTEN OFF. THe official feedback MUST BE INPUTTED with the ticket system (click the To report a problem/suggestion at the bottom of each page.

While I and other developers will visit this page and interact with you we need all formal feedback to be in our ticket system so we can use it. Do not assume if we answer you here that we enter the problem into the official system. You can assume we will be distracted and we do not want to let you down if it doesn't get fixed.

Suggestions on using the ticket system.

PLEASE write a short descriptive summary, as this is all one sees in the ticket list
PLEASE expand your issue or suggestion in the body of the ticket
PLEASE select the type of ticket is bug, enhancement, feedback etc
Don't worry too much about priority as the team will read all and adjust priority as needed
