When querying the NET Bible api from my javascript application I get this error from Chrome:

Resource interpreted as Script but transferred with MIME type text/html: "http://labs.bible.org/api/?&passage=John%203%3A16&type=json&callback=myfunction&formatting=plain".
According to this site:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3467404/chrome-says-resource-interpreted-as-script-but-transferred-with-mime-type-text the MIME type that the server should be returning is content-type:application/x-javascript instead of content-type:text/html.
Can this be corrected?
