An excellent book that, in my opinion, put the ax to the root for hardcore evolutionists is Behe's treatment of logic and biochemistry in Darwin's Black Box. Keyed to the phrase "Irreducible Complexity." He goes into some depth, giving explanations and definitions of processes, precursors, and other technical jargon.

There are a number of really good resources, in print and on the web. Some of them oversimplify nomenclature's and processes, but are still good as introduction to the subject.

Along the same "line of thought" is a scientist (High Energy Particle Physicist that I'll abbreviate as HEP-PH) by the name of R. V. Gentry, who did some interesting research on the effect of particles and radioisotopes of Po 218, 214; astrophysics wrote of a red shift in the movement of matter away from the singularity (better known as the big bang). And I've recently come across a book, based on a volume of papers published (as with Gentry as well) by Frank J Tipler.

Though Tipler does little to strengthen a Christianity with supernatural overtones, the rest of his scholarly efforts have born fruit in the form of two books The Physics of Immortality and the Physics of Christianity. I have a copy of the Physics of Immortality. Though I would not use it as a primary source for apologetics, I am going to read the rest of it and secure a copy of the other as well. (I've always been a huge fan of quantum physics)

the resources for the other sciences are out there, it's just a matter of "shakin' that tree" and see what falls.

Thanks for your concern awareness but I was not only born yesterday and need not go far to look for naturalist and theistic evolutionist because I have some former co-workers and some friends who believed on their theory.
The weakness of their arguments is that they were incompatible and excludes biblical view of creation
In God’s creation of first man Adam which they said was a result of natural evolution from apes to man.

They never accept that God created man in according to His image and likeness; which is disapproved by
natural events and history when there were no even a single man ever been existed outside natural process of God’s plan for sexual relationship of man and woman.
The missing links I’m saying is the breath of life or the inherent spirit we received from God, Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Which was mentioned in Paul passage in Act 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;

I agree with this.
But if you are suggesting that there is an alternative application of the scientific method which demonstrates the existence of God, I doubt it.

We can gain great insight into the creator by examining creation. But we can't come to faith by observation and reason.
