I see Arsenio, Penn, Clay & Dayana in final four. Not sure the other 3 are Apprentice material.

Lisa needs to turn her arguments on herself. She seems to HAVE to be in the spot light.

You do see Lisa's issue, don't you? Clay innocently suggested that Dayana stand to the side of the stage to assist everyone, because he wanted to use her somehow. But Lisa absolutely didn't want her to do ANYTHING, and rather than simply (and calmly) addressing this disagreement with Clay, she lashed out at DAYANA (who hadn't said a word!) that Dayana always has to be in the spotlight? Uh, hello, it was Clay's idea, not Dayana's. Lisa's a bully, because she just won't take her issues to the source, if she senses that the source has too much power.

Paul's team lost, so he brought back Aubrey and Teresa, who happily join forces in ganging up on Paul, whom Trump fired for not bringing Arsenio back to the boardroom. But I think Paul would say that if you expect him to let Trump fire Arsenio so that he would be stuck working with Aubrey, then he would have preferred to just be fired - LOL!

Trump simply doesn't recognize that some people are just awful to work with, even if Trump himself is impressed with the finished product. Both are valid considerations, however, which is why I would never want to work for Trump. He puts up with all kinds of outrageous and abusive behavior, as long as the results are to his liking. That's how you end up with someone like Lisa.

I've lost all respect for Clay. He actually had an opportunity to get Lisa fired, and let her escape while he, Penn and Dayana sat in front of Trump in the boardroom. Trump said that Dayana has been in front of him 6 times and that he WANTS to fire her but he CAN'T -- she did practically everything that went right with the task (duh!).

Why on earth would he bring Dayana back? Because Lisa wants her fired?

Clay said that he had to "look back" and say that he brought Dayana back BECAUSE she was brought back all of those other times, and he was pretty much going to err on the side of caution. Which is pretty sad, because if he really was "looking back," he would've been afraid of all the unpleasantness and drama perpetrated by Lisa (and we will get more of the same judging from next week's preview).

Lisa and Aubrey (who won this week's task) are going to be hanging on until the bitter end... :protest:

IOW, why is Lisa so valuable that she cannot be parted with, regardless of the increase in blood pressure she causes everyone (especially Clay)?

I would get rid of her, but that is just me...

It is interesting that Lisa is the one who needs to be up front. Although she does work hard behind the scenes also. I think Clay & Lisa could have included Dayana more.

Penn said Caesar's gave his charity a quarter mil.

Hope the final 2 are Arsenio & Clay. At least next week 2 will be fired.

Poor Dayana. She was out of her element in the task (writing an English-language advertising jingle), and ended up "leading" Lisa (and Clay), so we knew she was going to be out. But she would have been out even if she hadn't been the leader - she wouldn't have be able / allowed to contribute. But the "difficulties" were the cummulative result of the effect of Lisa's rudeness on Dayana's morale - she no longer cared about avoiding an argument with Lisa, and an argument she did in fact receive.

Now let's see if Lisa can remain civil, now that her excuse for all of that unpleasantness is gone.

Oh, and I agree Abbreviated - Clay and Arsenio are the strongest people remaining.

Yay!!!!

I can't BELIEVE I slept through that!!!!

(I'm going to have to watch the recap when I get a chance.)

But I did see two things:

The Elle representative told everyone, "there's sexy and then there's vulgar and we are never vulgar." Aubrey, predictably, just couldn't figure out how NOT to be perceived as vulgar by the Elle people. It was a culture clash and it was something we could all have preducted.

Oh, and of course Teresa had Lisa pegged when she said Lisa always has to have a target. That is correct. She's toxic.

Oh, and good for you, Abbreviated - you called it. Only Clay and Arsenio are left!

Well, Aubrey is the third wheel, but I don't think Marlee and John liked her...

Saw LL in interview & she played the meanopause card. She is in menopause so she can be mean if she wants to.

I wonder how she would feel if someone treated her badly, and then used that excuse? :protest:

I will pay her the compliment of NOT believing her to be stupid - she must know that this is no excuse.

Lots of ladies go through menopause and remain worthy of respect, and we all have known them.

Well, Aubrey DID get fired, and it IS now down to either Clay or Arsenio, and darn it - we have to wait until next week to find out which one!

I have to say, that if Arsenio figures out a solution to his "Magic Johnson in profile" problem, then he might actually win. That's because he is older and more mature than Clay, who might end up ticking off his teammates too much to get that much out of them, and he isn't going to be able to do this by himself. I don't think Arsenio is going to do that, if he was able to figure out how to remain calm and polite around Aubrey - LOL!

But Clay is getting testy and at times downright uncivil, and that may come back to haunt him. Even Penn Gilette (and he wasn't the only one) said that he himself has often been able to get "just as much done" when he doesn't have an intense, uptight attitude. That hit me as an understatement.
