A seven year old boy was at the center of a county courtroom drama yesterday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy had a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulation requiring that family unity be maintained to the highest degree possible.

The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried and said that they also beat him..

After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.

After two recesses to check legal references and confer with the child welfare officials, the judge granted temporary custody to the Dallas Cowboys, whom the boy firmly believes are not capable of beating anyone.

That is so funny. Too bad they kicked a field goal to win the other day. I so wanted the Dolphins to beat them.

the joke is funny, however its not true that the cowboys don't beat anybody. Since their 96 Superbowl win, overall its been depressing because they've reached the playoffs like 7 times I think since then and with no Superbowl appearances. Its been either bad management or the players who have the talent just don't get the job done. However, looking overall at their history, they are not a bad franchise.
Who holds the record for most winning consecutive winning seasons in the NFL? - The Dallas Cowboys (from 1966-1985) have 20 consecutive winning seasons.
How many teams can match or have a better number of Superbowl wins than the Dallas Cowboys? - only 2. San Francisco is tied with the Cowboys for 5 total Superbowl wins and only Pittsburgh holds the record of a total of 6.

I'd say the team that has a history of being horrible is the Tampa Bay Bucs.
Who holds the record for lowest all time winning percentage for regular season and combined regular season + post season? The Bucs

Who holds the record for the longest losing streak for multiple seasons? The Bucs- 26 games (1976-1977)

There are teams that have never even appeared in a Superbowl- the Browns, Lions, Jaguars, and Texans.
There are 14 teams that have never even won a Superbowl.

There's also the factor of post season droughts- Buffalo holds the record for 12 seasons. It hasn't appeared in the playoffs since 99.
