One agency that works on transporting missionaries (among many other things) is Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) based out of Idaho here in the US, but they have headquarters all over the world. One of my brothers works for them and they are a tremendous resource for difficult regions to reach. I have heard of one other organization that focuses more on transport for missionaries on the field, but I can't recall their name right now. Perhaps it will come to me.
