All i can say is "Nobody is Perfect" right? so if our leaders have problems with their attitudes or so whatever let God judge them.. "Judge so you will be judged"

I sure don't know what you mean, but as brothers in Christ, we are to hold each other accountable. It sounds like there's a misunderstanding between consequences of sin verses judgement.

Considering what has happened and how long it has possibly been going on (I doubt that what happened in the classroom started that day for him) The best advice I would give you is wait...

I would pray for clarity of facts, and some understanding of the person and the circumstances. This takes time and patience and we live in a time where we can have information quick, and that can cause alot of pre-judgement, emotion, etc...
I would advise forgiveness but expect and demand accountability. I'm sure that this is an area we all have our own opinions in but I (as a recovering drug addict) don't always offer forgiveness until I see clear repentance. Too often (but not always, I might add) we offer forgiveness before we demand accountability.....hmm I hope I said that the right way? This is a disservice to the sinner who should, for his own spiritual good, experience the effects of his (or her sin). How long that takes, I don't know. But prayerfully you know, when you know.
Here's where I break away with most people though....I would probably not let him back in this particular ministry field....and wait a long time before he does any ministry at all. His soul is more important that restoring him back to a ministerial position.

Just some thoughts....I might be wrong though.

"You have a good point Michael about witnesses but I think there are other signs of abuse which may be verified but I am not sure on that.

Certainly people want justice but our law system holds a person innocent until proven guilty. If laws are broken then the law system should be activated, and notify legal officials. It was so hard for my students, back when I taught civics, to accept the fact that the U.S. Constitution protected everyone even those as guilty as sin."

Not everyone lives in USA (I do not)

Also that is not really a biblical answer.

I would say that your first and greatest responsibility is to protect the children. If he is a danger to anyone's children then I would not know how God could be OK with allowing this person back into the "flock" to prey on or pervert a child. How can a parent be a good steward of the responsibility God has given if they would allow such a danger to go undefended?

Chris, michael, bryandrew, et.al,

It seems to me that we are jumping to some awful conclusions without any clear knowledge of the situation. IMHO that is quite dangerous.
Might I point out that the origional poster posted a little more that a year ago and hasn't been back to this board since mid-February 2012.

Therefore, I think I'll close this thread. Please PM me if you have an update on this situation or a position different from those which have already been posted and you wish the topic to be unlocked.
