I'm not sure what "mysteries" you mean. Please expound
Just a couple of references - I feel there are more, but do not have time to spare for a proper search:
Colossians 1
The mystery is that Gentile AND Jewish believers are EQUALLY included as recipients of the good news found in Christ alone.
Ephesians 3
The mystery is that BOTH Jews and Gentiles are ONE in Christ Jesus - the gospel of Jesus Christ was not for one or the other, but in Him they are united, reconciled and built together into the one body of Christ, which is the church, so there is now One Lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism (Ephesians 4:5) - unity, equality and reconciliation for those who were once separated from each other and from God.
Re the OP: How does one become a sinner?
By sinning.
No one, other than Jesus, has lived a sinless life. It seems we have a bias, an inclination, a built in preference for rebellion against the authority of God over our lives, which theologically goes back to the Fall, but which is evident whether one pursues that explanation or not. Could I simply suggest that our instinct for self preservation ... on purely biological grounds ... is evidence of selfishness in our very being? This basic self centredness is evident from birth, as any parent can testify. When acted upon, it becomes sin as it puts self above others and is thus the opposite of the basic law of our Lord which is to love God and to love others.
Whatever the process, we know it is reality that we all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (as Paul says in Romans 3:23) and we all need a Saviour. Praise to God that He loved us enough to send His Son to die for the forgiveness of sin.
