There a link to a site called: http://www.alvit.de/handbook/ (Web Developers Handbook)
It is loaded with tons of information for web designers and developers.
If you want to learn some new stuff related to CSS, this is the site.

Just want to share with those of you who love to code manually.

Name of your church: Formally;Water of Life Ministries under the Baptist Union; hardly anyone in the church knows that. It's in the biggest little town in Oz.
This has prompted me to learn about Web Design.
Yesterday I installed SeaMonkey and tested out publishing to my new web site. I have a long way to go before getting to CSS.
I hope hand coding will be minimal. It rather reminds me of assembly language programming.

John,

Hang in there, I started by using a WYSIWYG program called Frontpage way back in 2000.
I decided to learn how to code, so I just took time to learn a little each week.

If you are like me, I learn faster with video - Google Code University:
http://code.google.com/edu/submissions/html-css-javascript/#introduction

Non-video training:
Opera Development
http://dev.opera.com/articles/view/1-introduction-to-the-web-standards-cur/#toc
HTML Dog
http://htmldog.com/

You can design web pages without knowing coding.
But to make it look how you want, you most likely will have to get into the coding to do some tweaks.

I think God put that desire into your heart for this ministry.
God Bless
