Here is a sample dialog with a missionary that hopefully will give you an idea of the type of things we as users might do and the things that bible.org might do. A missionary wrote permission at bible.org (That's me) and said:

Hi, I appreciate and use your
http://www.bible.org frequently and recommend it to others. I am a serving as a missionary in Brazil as Bible teacher and chaplain. I teach various Bible classes in addition to doing a Jr. High/ High school chapel and also I preach a weekly English service for our EFL students in our EFL program sponsored by the school. For my Bible classes that I teach in the school, I wanted to see if it was ok to use portions of the material in power point slides. This would really be helpful for the overall presentation to look nice. Paper copies of everything would not look as good, nor would copying an entire article be as efficient (we have somewhat limited resources and our copy machine here is often on the fritz). For instance, I'd like to use certain parts of the material from the NT survey done by Keathley. And copy portions of the material on each book and meld it into a presentation. I could keep the material separated from mine if necessary if it is unique to the author. Additionally, I'd like to save the presentations for use in future years so I don't have to redo the presentations before the next semester (a year or two from now) that we teach the same class. If Bible.org does grant permission, would it be possible for me to put the statement of copyright perhaps at the beginning or end of a large segment of the presentation, as there is not room on the screen to show it where it could actually be seen, or should I shrink it down to a really tiny font on each screen. I already downloaded the NET Bible and sometimes pull up sections I cut and pasted into a word program so that students can follow along--is this ok, or would you be willing to grant permission for this within the school context at least. Thanks for your time and consideration. I really appreciate the web site,

We are more than happy to partner with you and to assist in any way practical.
Let me ramble for a minute and talk at a high level as it pertains to our goals
http://bible.org/book/about-bibleorg and missionaries in your situation.
Let me talk first about items that would hopefully help you and maybe we (and others) can use those same efforts to see if they can help others in similar situations.
First a general statement then I will give you a permission statement relative to your request.
1- We are always looking for knowledgeable authors, trainers and pastors willing to write material that we can post on the web for others to learn from and use in their ministry.
2- we are always looking for people willing to translate our material in the language of various people groups around the country
3- we are looking for material to help people to read and study when their English is not that of a native speaker eg EFL
4 - we are looking for how we can use our forum to link missionaries with folks back here to assist missionaries as they labor in the field see
http://netbibleinstitute.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=25 --So would you be interested in taking material that you produce and having us consider it for posting on the web for others?
--Are there people there that can do volunteer translation work of our materials?

See below where I have inserted my comments in line with your questions..
