Does anyone have any experience with online missionaries? I'm curious if anyone has been involved with it. I've never met anyone who has told me they came to Jesus on the internet. Just curious about the whole concept.

Have you ever met a person who came to the Lord in a conversation over the telephone?

IMHO it is a newer medium that can be used to plant seeds and lead folks to a closer relationship with God. One may not come to Christ exclusively as a result of an online discussion but I would imagine several has come to Him partly because of online discussions.

I stumbled upon the idea recently and was a bit intrigued by the whole concept, but I don't know anyone involved in it. It seems like such a great opportunity for people to get involved in evangelism that maybe aren't as excited about preaching in the park or going door to door. Does anyone have any first hand experience with any online mission website/group?
