I appreciate your effort of listing book title to help us study the bible. Honestly, I am also new to studying the bible and was still seeking for help. I copied all you have listed to get some ideas.

I would add to the above list of books a volume published in 2010 (after the list was composed):

  • Plummer, Robert L. 40 Questions About Interpreting the Bible. Grand Rapids: Kregel, 2010.

Michael Patton included this in his list of the top books for 2010. It is very user-friendly and is now the first introductory book on biblical interpretation that I recommend to those beginning to study the scriptures. It's the best I've seen. Also recommended by the likes of Darrell Bock, Kevin J. Vanhoozer, and Bruce Ware.

I suggest you do a search on Amazon.com of each book and you can view, customer reviews and take a look inside of most books and see table of contents and first pages etc.
