This is so childish that I fear for our long term survival. Putin must be in stitches. Does Obama not read history? I'm all for reducing pointless foreign wars, I'm basically a pascifist, but our nuke arsenal must never be questioned. Fearless theocracies such as Iran, and just plain crazy dictatorships like N. Korea will soon be in the club. Coincidentally, the evil Russian regime plays underground ally with them...

As a side, reducing the nukes between Russia and the US is not a bad thing. Look at it this way they are willing to give up the dudes and keep the best for last. At last count a 50 meagaton blast that is known would equate roughly to 1/2 of Japan if using a a comparision. let us pray it nevers happens again, the consquences would be overwhelming for humanity

Yeah we can rule out the Russians they may seem to be in hibernation for now but far has the size of there army its larger than the chinese army..

Not according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_active_troops it isn't: Russia comes 5th behind China, the USA, India, & N. Korea.

China has the largest standing army in the world as measured by the number of troops. In terms of power, however, weaponry is a huge factor and Russia's military is undoubtedly more powerful than China's. Other factors such as training, intelligence, logistics and morale are also significant. (Of course none of that matters if God is for or against a nation.)
