I would add


Osbourne, Grant, ZEC, Zondervan
This is a well-written work aimed at helping the Pastor preach the text. There are exegetical outlines and some strong suggestions for applications. He is premillenial, but not Calvinistic.

I am still mulling over my ranking - I have not used the newer edition of Carson in the REBC. Note my earlier comment on France. I do find the ZEC format appealing. So right now I would put him in the top 3 with Carson and Turner. I believe he supercedes Blomberg and Morris. I really like Wilkins, but the NIVAC just cannot fulfill the role of the top commentary.

2. Osborne. ZEC
3. Carson or France
4. Wilkins
5. Blomberg and/or Morris
