I don't want to shamelessly promote a mission organization as better than any other. Because I don't think that is true, however a great resource for people just starting out can be found by following the site link on this post.
Into All The World is a small organization out of Canada that works as a mission enabling organization. If you feel called to missions, but aren't sure where to start, IATW really works with you to help find where you can get plugged in. Some organizations ask for high qualifications, but if you are truly called of God, that is enough of a qualification for IATW (realistically if God thinks you are qualified who are we to argue) Check it out. Is it normal for missionary groups to take so long to reply? The ywam in Uganda hasn't yet and it's been over a month.

I don't know how long it will take, I know the Director is in Kenya right now (he normally answers most inquires) and will be here in Tanzania with me next week...when he is here he will be able to answer email easily, I'm not too sure about Kenya. He is back in his office on the first of April.

Dear Brothers/Freinds in Christ,

While browsing the net i came across your website.

I have been called by the Lord to serve him full time.

Coming from a Orthodox Brahmin Family have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal saviour and heeded to His calling to serve Him (Serving Him Through my Local Church in Chennai since May'08),and took His Yoke of releasing the gentiles from the Bondage of the devil by preaching Gospel and Leading them to Christ.

Lord has specifically shown my community(Brahmins/Hindus) and North Indians(Non Christians) residing in Chennai and other parts of India(Specifically UP-North India). Lord has Bestowed me with languages like Hindi,Marathi,Tamil,English,Bhojpuri specifically for this purpose.

Can somebody suggest any ministry /Missionary/help/strengthen me in this mission to release the multitude of people from the grip of the devil and make India a Christian nation .

Thank you for your prayers and help in bringing the North Indians (North India) to His Kingdom ......There are about Seven to Eight Crore Souls to be Preached/Baptised Specifically in the north of India...

Your immediate help will expedite the second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ
