I need a curriculum for girls 1st grade thru 6th . It is for Wednsday night 1 hour discipleship type training we were using girls in action but we would like to do something different. we are a small church and only have between 2 and 5 at the most girls on wedn. we want to look at other options for our gils ,it may be that we will stick with the GAprogram but if anyone knows of another good bible basd program for gils I could use the advice thankyou very much.

Check out materiel from Gospel Light, David C Cook, Child Evangelism Fellowship and Regular Baptist Press.

We are also SBC and my wife has used most of the above. Oh, and I almost forgot. She has made very good use of some materiel published by Zondervan - Youth Specialties - it has worked well with a small group. she really likes it.

When I was growing up we had Missionettes

Starting at 3 year olds was the "Rainbows". then "daisies", then prims, then "stars"

Stars stood for Suzanna, Tabitha, Anna and Ruth. It was fun and a great experience.

They also have two other clubs/curriculum for 6th- 12th graders as well.

Any way for more info you can go to
http://missionettes.ag.org/

Hope some of this helps :D

Jennifer
