This is the most popular thread I’ve ever had. I don’t know if this forum has annual awards, but I think I could be in the running for Thread of the Year.

I thought a few people would migrate over. But when I checked back the next day and discovered my little thread suddenly had 5 pages (and now 19 and counting), I started to realize this was going to be big. At one point I thought, “I hope the Bible.org people don’t mind that I left the door open and invited all my friends over.”

LOL, squirrel. I didn't know you were new here.

"Hi-Nice to meet you". "Ummm... Mind if I invite a couple hundred of my friends?"

And they have been so nice to welcome us cyber refugees.

Hi everyone. Good to see that I haven't migrated over here alone. Well, I'm not a horse anymore. LOL

Thanks reebz for letting us all in on the secret of how to get the avatars to work. Must be the Hoosier in you (I'm a Hoosier, too!)

We really don't mind the company as long as you remember the house rules and please please please wipe your feet BEFORE you come in, we have enough dirt of our own. ;) Oh and if you happen to bring any snacks you must bring enough for the whole group! And don't forget to bribe your house mother (all hail the admin) with dark chocolate.

It's not misplaced it's been moved :) Read the sticky in the Garden for more information.

And here's another freshly joined-up Crosswalk refugee. I've been on this site many times before to read the excellent Bible study materials, but somehow never noticed that there's a forum here too.

Wonderful to see so many familiar "faces", and looking forward to participating.

I had to take My Sweetie to the hospital last night. We still don't know if it was another heart attack or what. Anyway she is in the hospital tonight. We hope she can get out tomorrow.
I'm so sorry to hear that, Gary. How is she doing today?

Molly, the link I like best at the top is View First Unread Post. At first I was having to remember where I left off in each thread. This is much easier. Oh. Reba just found it and told about it. I LOVE it, Reba!

Dan, I learned from something Kath said that it was okay to post where we were going in our signature, so that's what I did.

Quote:
I started a new subject thread unintentionally, it seems. I don't want it. Will have to find out how to remedy that.
Use the red exclamation mark on the right side of the post to report yourself, apologise and ask the mods to delete it? [Molly beat me to it.] It would be handy to have delete powers ourselves, for our own posts. Twice now, I've accidently posted twice.

Haven't they! So awesome. Let's hope we don't give them any reason to regret that.

The bribery tool at CW was fudge. Dark chocolate is much more sensible and Lindt now makes a bar that has hardly any carbs. YAY!!!

It's great to see all the new additions who've arrived in the last 12 hours or so. Welcome!

I just want to let everyone know that My Sweetie came home last night after talking to the doctor.

Oh, Jennifer, I really like the way quotes show up here.

Awesome! Do you have a diagnosis yet? Was it a heart attack as you suggested?
